14-Day Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the piece must remain in its original condition, unused and unworn, with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and accompanying items intact.
Once the returned piece has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the approved return or exchange.
Original Condition
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the piece must be returned exactly as received.
This includes:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging must be included.
- All tags, accessories, certificates, cards, cases, and accompanying items must be returned.
- The piece must show no signs of wear, alteration, damage, or use.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We offer inspection upon delivery.
You are welcome to examine your order at the time of delivery before accepting it. If you notice any visible issue with the piece or its condition, please notify the delivery representative immediately.

30-Day Warranty
Every NAHJ piece is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers defects resulting from the manufacturing process or materials. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period and our team will carefully review the matter.
